Logan S. Chilcote, 29, of Napoleon appeared by video Thursday on two counts of trafficking drugs, one a first-degree felony and one a third-degree felony, and one count of obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony.

He waived his right to the hearing, and the case was bound over to Henry County Common Pleas Court for further proceedings.

Bond continued as previously set.

Jason W. Ramsey, 42, of McClure appeared by video Thursday for a full preliminary hearing on one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Steven J. Valentine, 57, of Cambridge appeared by video Friday for an initial appearance on one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

Valentine requested court-appointed counsel, and the court determined he qualified. A full preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. Thursday.

An appearance bond was set at $25,000, with 10% allowed, under the condition he has no contact with a specified individual.

Joel W. Young, 42, appeared by video in Napoleon Municipal Court Wednesday for an initial appearance on one count of felonious assault, a felony of the second degree.

Young requested court-appointed counsel, and the court determined he did not qualify.

An appearance bond was set in the amount of $25,000 under the condition he abide by all conditions of an established protection order and reside at a specified address.

The matter was ordered to continue with a preliminary hearing Oct. 29 at 1:15 p.m.
