DEFIANCE — The office of the Defiance County prosecuting attorney reported a Defiance man was recently indicted on 24 total counts of pandering obscenity.

Damon A. Smith-Rogers, 29, was indicted on 12 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, each a felony of the second degree, and 12 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, each a felony of the fourth degree.

It is alleged on June 2, Smith-Rogers did create, reproduce or publish multiple obscene materials involving minors. It is further alleged, on the same date, he also bought, procured, possessed or controlled multiple obscene materials involving minors.
