Eighteen individuals were recently indicted by a Henry County grand jury, with more than two-thirds of the cases reportedly connected with drugs.

Henry County Prosecutor Gwen Howe-Gebers reported the following individuals were indicted Nov. 27:

•Andrew Peters, McClure, one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony.

•Gabriel Rodriguez, Napoleon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.

•Jessica Ripke, Napoleon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

•Jared Lambert, Napoleon, one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

•Brandon Gibson, Napoleon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

•Jaimie Fouty, also known as Jaimie Tussinger, Wauseon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

•Jesse Whitehead, Wauseon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

•Montize Carter, Liberty Center, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

•Kyle Carpenter, Swanton, one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

•Lori Edwards, Napoleon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

•William Yates Sr., Napoleon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

•Michael Baumgartner, Napoleon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possession of cocaine, both fifth-degree felonies.

•Johnny R. Page, Archbold, one count of rape, a first-degree felony.

•Jesse Brown, Napoleon, one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony.

•Kirk Brinkman, Napoleon, one count of violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony.

•Dallas Solis, Defiance, one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.

•Kreg Markins, Hamler, one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

•Dallas Guevara, Ecorse, Michigan, one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.
