Henry County grand jury

Fifteen individuals were recently indicted by a Henry County grand jury.

According to Henry County Prosecutor Gwen Howe-Gebers, the following individuals were indicted:

•Lyndsey Shevlin, 27, of Holgate, one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony; one count of theft, a third-degree felony; one count of telecommunications fraud, a fourth-degree felony; and one count of permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony.

•Tanner Pritchard, 35, of Napoleon, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both third-degree felonies.

•Tracy Lee Scott, 33, of Defiance, one count of trafficking in heroin, a fourth-degree felony; two counts of trafficking in fentanyl-related compound, one a fourth-degree felony and the other a fifth-degree felony; and one count of endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor.

•Aimee Cochran, 27, of Defiance, one count of trafficking in heroin, a fourth-degree felony; two counts of trafficking in fentanyl-related compound, one a fourth-degree felony and the other a fifth-degree felony; and one count of endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor.

•Trevor Rosene, 23, of Swanton, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both fourth-degree felonies, and one count of permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony.

•Amber Shindler, 29, of Delta, one count of corrupting another with drugs, a second-degree felony.

•Tamara McCarley, 49, of Napoleon, one count of permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony.

•Logan Chilcote, 29, of Napoleon, four counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, one is a first-degree felony, two are third-degree felonies and one is a fourth-degree felony; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; and one count of trafficking in cocaine, a third-degree felony.

•Seth Malosh, 24, of Liberty Center, one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony.

•Andrew Snyder, 29, of Defiance, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both third-degree felonies, and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies.

•Joanna Ferrell, 27, of Napoleon, one count of assault, a fourth-degree felony.

•Dillon Burdue, 25, of Napoleon, one count of robbery, a second-degree felony.

•Joel Young, 42, of Defiance, one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

•Steven Valentine, 57, of Cambridge, Ohio, one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

•Jason Ramsey, 42, of McClure, one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
