Nine individuals were recently indicted by a Henry County grand jury, according to Henry County Prosecuting Attorney Gwen Howe-Gebers.
Those individuals who were indicted included:
•Geoffrey Springstead, 47, Weston, one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.
•Raziel Ernesto Guerrero, 26, Napoleon, one count of aggravated burglary and one count of felonious assault, both first-degree felonies, and one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony.
•Jesse Herman, 29, Hamler, one count of trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony.
•Billy Wilson, 41, Hamler, one count of counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony.
•Nicholas Scott, 36, Liberty Center, one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.
•Kristie Simon, 38, Deshler, one count of theft and one count of identity theft, both fifth-degree felonies.
•Stephanie Gray, 36, Napoleon, one count of counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony.
•Johnny R. Edwards, 26, Napoleon, two counts of rape, both first-degree felonies.
•Muhammad Diarsyah, 23, Alma, Arizona, one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.
