PAULDING — The Multi Area Narcotics (MAN) Task Force recently executed two search warrants in Paulding County that led to two individuals being charged.
MAN Unit Commander Max Nofziger issued a press release stating the search warrants were executed July 3 in Paulding and Oakwood.
The task force conducted a search warrant at 310 S. Cherry St. in Paulding. Seized at the residence was more than 100 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, suspected marijuana, several drug paraphernalia items and more than $500 in U.S. currency. Charged at the scene was Angela C. Lambert, age 39.
The task force also conducted a search warrant at 201 S. First St. in Oakwood. Seized at the residence was 24 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, more than 3 grams of suspected MDMA (ecstasy), suspected marijuana and several drug paraphernalia items. Charged at the scene was Charlie D. Egnor Jr., age 43.
In both matters, the Multi Area Narcotics Task Force will work with the Paulding County prosecutor for consideration of additional felony drug charges.
Assisting the Multi Area Narcotics Task Force was the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office, Paulding County Dog Warden and Oakwood Police Department.
