Henry County grand jury

Twenty individuals were recently indicted by a Henry County grand jury, according to Henry County Prosecutor Gwen Howe-Gebers.

Those indicted included:

•Jayme Etheridge, 33, address unknown, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

•Jonathan Meek, 33, of Sturgis, Michigan, one count of possession of heroin and one count of possession of fentanyl, both fifth-degree felonies.

•Corey Witsman, 31, of Toledo, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies.

•Brittany Marroquin, 27, of Napoleon, one count of operating a vehicle while under the influence, a fourth-degree felony.

•Dustin Currence, 40, of Pioneer, one count of aggravated possession of drugs with specifications, a third-degree felony.

•Jordan Vanderveer, 28, of Toledo, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.

•Wesley Kirby, 42, of Napoleon, one count of possession of fentanyl, a fifth-degree felony.

•Nicole Cooper, 38, of Napoleon, two counts of theft, one a fifth-degree felony and one a first-degree misdemeanor.

•Jeremy Diller, 36, of Napoleon, one count of burglary, a third-degree felony, and one count of receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor.

•Shelby Dotson, 21, of Napoleon, one count of burglary, a third-degree felony.

•J.R. Deshaun Morris, 37, of Napoleon, one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

•Gary Eitzman, 52, of Napoleon, one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

•Isaiah Paniagua, 28, of Deshler, one count of abduction, a third-degree felony.

•James Bowers, 30, of Holgate, one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

•Todd Meier, 44, of Toledo, one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

•Elise Sharp, 33, of Napoleon, one count of assault of a peace officer with specification, a fourth-degree felony.

•Timothy Smith, 50, of New Bavaria, one count of gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony.

•Kimber Nadeau, 39, of Napoleon, one county of corrupting another with drugs, a second-degree felony, and one count of trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony.

•Alejandra Oberhaus, 27, of Napoleon, one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor.

•Kendra Bosma, 29, of Napoleon, one count of endangering children, a third-degree felony.
