HOLGATE — A new program aimed at providing behavioral health services will be starting at Holgate Local Schools.

Keary Sarabia, chief executive officer of RFS Charitable Foundation of Behavioral Health, addressed the board of education Wednesday evening to explain the program and what benefits it brings.
