Merger

Gallagher & Rohrs, LTD, of Bryan and Rupp, Wesche, Hagans, Bohmer, Newton & Harmon, LLP, of Archbold and Napoleon merged their practices, effective April 1. The new firm, Rupp, Hagans, Bohmer, Newton, Harmon & Rohrs, LLP, will maintain the existing practice locations in Archbold, Bryan and Napoleon.

Gallagher & Rohrs, LTD, of Bryan and Rupp, Wesche, Hagans, Bohmer, Newton & Harmon, LLP, of Archbold and Napoleon have announced the merging of their practices beginning April 1.

According to a statement issued by the firms, the new firm will join practices very similar in size and culture and will continue to provide the highest quality legal services throughout northwest Ohio.

The new firm, Rupp, Hagans, Bohmer, Newton, Harmon & Rohrs, LLP, will maintain the existing practice locations in Archbold, Bryan and Napoleon. The firms’ title insurance agencies have also merged and are operating as Black Swamp Title Agency, LLC, in all three office locations.

“We are proud of the services we have been able to provide to our communities and clients over the years, and we will continue to provide the same high-quality services under our new firm,” explained Deborah Rohrs, partner of Rupp, Hagans, Bohmer, Newton, Harmon & Rohrs, LLP.

Attorneys David Rupp, Mark Hagans, Robert Bohmer, Tennille Newton, Elisa Harmon, Rohrs and Sara Schaffner, along with their staff, are available to offer legal services to current and new clients.

In merging these legal practices, the goal is to provide enhanced client services and to increase the capacity of the firm to adapt and meet expanding client needs. The new firm will continue to offer legal services in the following areas: real estate transactions, trust and estate planning, probate and trust administration, corporate and business law and transactions, family law and employment law.
