A local Chinese restaurant is under new management and added a new sushi bar.
Hong Kong Buffet Manager Ivan Zhu said the menu was overhauled and now includes Japanese items, including a sushi bar, as well as Chinese food.
“Our chef has over 20 years of experience with Chinese food,” Zhu said, adding small amounts of oil are used in preparation of the food so it’s healthier and not greasy.
The new menu and cleaner atmosphere were put into place when the new management began, approximately one month ago.
“We make sure the food is fresh and at hot temperatures,” Zhu said. “We have affordable prices, and we make sure we have quality food and good service and make sure everyone’s satisfied.
“Our space is cleaner for people to provide them a good environment to eat,” he added.
Zhu added the restaurant will be offering a loyalty card where diners will receive a stamp for each visit. After 10 visits are stamped on their card, the diner will earn a free meal.
In addition to the buffet offerings, a variety of appetizers, soups, rice and entrees can also be ordered. Dine-in and carryout are both available.
