Henry County grand jury

Fourteen individuals were recently indicted by a Henry County grand jury, according to Henry County Prosecutor Gwen Howe-Gebers.

Those indicted included:

•John Brown IV, 26, of Napoleon, one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and one count of tampering with evidence, third-degree felonies.

•Dion Williams, 56, of Napoleon, one count of domestic violence with specification, a third-degree felony.

•Aaron Fowler, 26, of Napoleon, one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

•Kaige Royal, 19, of Archbold, one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and one count of disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony.

•Justin Rowe, 26, of Napoleon, one count of failure to register a change or address/vehicle indentifiers with specifications, a third-degree felony.

•Devin Bowers, 26, of Archbold, two counts of receiving stolen property and one count possession of criminal tools, all fifth-degree felonies.

•Austin Bueter, 26, of Wauseon, one count of breaking and entering and one count of vandalism, both fifth-degree felonies.

•Timothy Knepley, 33, of Defiance, one count of felonious assault with specification, a first-degree felony, and one count of improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.

•Scott Michael, 41, of Napoleon, one count of felonious assault with specification, a first-degree felony; one count of aggravated menacing with specification, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor.

•Daniel Cook, 53, of Wauseon, one count of felonious assault with specification, a first-degree felony.

•Derek Hazel, 31, of Napoleon, one count of possession of fentanyl, a fifth-degree felony.

•Selena Wissink, 43, of Napoleon, one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

•Micah Pixley, 41, of Delta, two counts of non-support of dependents, both fifth-degree felonies.

•Mark Shook, 40, of Liberty Center, one count of non-support of dependents, a fifth-degree felony.
