Eight individuals were recently indicted by a Henry County grand jury.
Henry County Prosecuting Attorney Gwen Howe-Gebers has announced the following individuals were indicted:
•Richard Bricker, 56, of Napoleon, one count of violating a protection order with specification, a fifth-degree felony.
•Ronald Beals, 38, of Napoleon, one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony; one count of domestic violence with specification, a fourth-degree felony; and one count aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
•Wesley Kirby, 42, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
•Adam Tebbe, 41, of Toledo, one count of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of possession of criminal tools with specification, one count of receiving stolen property and one count of breaking and entering, all fifth-degree felonies.
•Andrew Peters, 33, of McClure, one count of corrupting another with drugs, a second-degree felony.
•David Isaacs II, 53, of Grand Rapids, one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
•Timothy Croninger, 38, of McClure, one count of trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony.
•Willie Jones III, 23, of Holgate, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor.
