Napoleon Police Department
Ronald D. Bretz, 67, of Napoleon was westbound on West Riverview Avenue at 3:56 p.m. June 6. Jordan R. Behnfeldt, 16, of Napoleon was stopped at a posted stop sign at the intersection of Haley Avenue. It was reported Behnfeldt failed to see Bretz’s vehicle and pulled into the intersection, resulting in a collision. Bretz was not injured. Behnfeldt and a passenger in Bretz’s vehicle had possible injuries and were treated by Napoleon Fire and Rescue. Damage to both vehicles was disabling. Behnfeldt was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.
A hit-skip accident was reported on Cedarbrook Avenue near Michael Drive at 5:50 a.m. Tuesday. A report was pending as of press time.

•Speeding vehicle, East Riverdowns Park, 4:51 p.m. Wednesday, unable to locate.
Henry County Sheriff’s Office
Constance B. Stover, 85, of Defiance was westbound on State Route 34 in Ridgeville Township at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday. It was reported Stover made a left turn onto County Road 24 and traveled into the path of an oncoming vehicle operated by Gabriel Torrez, 44, of Napoleon. Stover was not injured. Torrez had possible injuries, but was not transported from the scene. Damage to Stover’s vehicle was minor, and damage to Torrez’s was functional. Stover was cited for failure to yield while turning left.
•Jason Cocke, 48, of Napoleon, with domestic violence, County Road 17D near County Road M, 5:49 p.m. Tuesday, transported to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
