•Justin Hahn, 34, of Napoleon, warrant for theft and criminal trespassing, East Maumee Avenue, 2:25 p.m. Friday, transported to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.

•Paige Ledesma, 22, of Napoleon, warrant for aggravated menacing, Scott Street, 4:08 p.m. Friday, transported to CCNO.

•Dennis Herman, 46, of Morenci, Michigan, warrant, directly at CCNO, 11:40 p.m. Friday; CCNO online records indicate Herman was being held on a charge of drug abuse.


•Mason Herzog, 19, of Fayette, with fleeing and eluding, following a traffic stop, County Road R near Scott Street, 3:19 a.m. Sunday, transported to CCNO; also cited for obstructed plates.

•Driving complaint, Lagrange Street near Scott Street, 6:23 p.m. Saturday, unable to locate.

•Making false alarms, East Maumee Avenue, 7:06 p.m. Saturday, under investigation.

•Disorderly conduct, 2300 block of Scott Street, 8:51 p.m. Saturday, officer advised claim was unfounded.

•Criminal trespassing, Oakwood Park, 12:20 a.m. Sunday, warning issued for park hours.

•A subject at 59 Sunnydale Lane reported a matter of unauthorized use, 2:05 a.m. Sunday, investigation pending.

Henry County Sheriff’s Office


Brittany C. Fryman, 29, of Grand Rapids was northbound on State Route 108 near County Road T in Freedom Township at 9:41 a.m. Saturday, and slowed for a deer. Brett M. Teall, 29, of Luckey was also northbound, and it was reported his vehicle rear-ended Teall’s. Teall was not injured. Fryman had possible injuries, but was not transported from the scene. Damage to both vehicles was minor.

Kelli Shaneyfelt, 36, of Napoleon was westbound on U.S. Route 24 near mile marker 45.8 in Liberty Township at 7:45 p.m. Saturday when it was reported her vehicle struck a deer that ran onto the roadway. Shaneyfelt had possible injuries, and was transported to Henry County Hospital by Liberty-Washington Township EMS. Damage to her vehicle was disabling.


•Jessica Bailey, 28, of Liberty Center, with domestic violence, East Maple Street in Liberty Center, 11:43 p.m. Saturday, transported to CCNO.

•Theft of a license plate, 12-773 State Route 110, 2:48 p.m. Saturday.

•Fence damaged, 104 Mill St. in Liberty Center, 4:27 p.m. Saturday.

•Vehicle in ditch, U.S. Route 24 near mile marker 46, 5:38 p.m. Saturday, citation issued for failure to maintain reasonable control.

•A subject at 105 Forest St. in Florida reported receiving unwanted social media messages, 6:43 p.m. Saturday, nothing further reported.
