James D. Pelland, 20, of Napoleon and Christopher M. Garkus, 37, of Defiance were traveling through the intersection of Haley and Woodlawn avenues at 3:03 p.m. Nov. 20 when it was reported Garkus struck Pelland’s vehicle on the driver’s side. Tyler K. Tussinger, 36, of Napoleon was eastbound on State Route 424/East Riverview Avenue at 10:18 p.m. Nov. 19 when it was reported his vehicle struck a deer that ran onto the roadway. Ryan K. Bostelman, 44, of Napoleon was stopped at a stop sign facing east on Clairmont Avenue at 7:02 p.m. Nov. 17. Glenda L. Potter, 69, of Napoleon was attempting to turn west onto Clairmont Avenue from Glenwood Avenue. It was reported Potter’s vehicle side-swiped Bostelman’s vehicle.
