Accidents:

Gail L. Paxton, 42, of Holgate was stopped in traffic on State Route 108 (1800 block of Scott Street) at 6:38 p.m. Sunday for a traffic light. Victoria A. Mitchell, 43, of Sherwood failed to slow enough and struck Paxton’s vehicle in the rear bumper. No injuries were reported, and damage to both vehicles was minor. A street sign was reportedly struck on Haley Avenue near West Main Street at 7:34 a.m. Wednesday.

A car-deer accident was reported in the 500 block of East Riverview Avenue, 12:36 a.m. Thursday.

A car-deer accident was reported on Glenwood Avenue near U.S. Route 24 at 6:20 p.m. Thursday.

A non-injury accident was reported on Scott Street near Trail Drive at 7:58 a.m. Friday.

Charged:

•Ronald Howard, 58, of Napoleon, with criminal trespassing, Walmart, 9:21 p.m. Wednesday, transported to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.

•Jobe Gonzales-Reynolds, 28, of Sylvania, with aggravated menacing, also served a warrant out of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Oakwood Avenue, 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, transported to CCNO.

Cited:

•Christopher Sortor, 30, of Napoleon, with disorderly conduct, following a report of trespassing, city hall, 10:33 a.m. Wednesday.

•Axle Roark, 30, of Bryan, warrant out of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Oakwood Avenue, 7:56 a.m. Friday, custody transferred to Fulton County authorities.

•Vehicle damaged, 1465 Scott St., 3:13 p.m. Friday, nothing further reported.

Henry County Sheriff’s Office

Accidents:

Jeffrey M. Brower, 50, of Sterling, Michigan, was traveling on Rte. 24 near mile marker 51 in Washington Township at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday when his vehicle struck a deer that ran onto the roadway. Brower was not injured, and damage to his vehicle was disabling.

Douglas D. Kee, 54, of Garrett, Indiana, was northbound on State Route 65 near County Road M in Richfield Township at 5:56 a.m. Thursday. It was reported Kee’s vehicle went left of center and struck a vehicle operated by Michael Rimer, 52, of Robinson, Illinois. Kee’s vehicle spun and came to rest on the roadway in the west lane. Rimer’s vehicle went off the west side of the road and came to rest in a ditch. Kee was possibly injured and treated on scene by McClure EMS. Rimer had incapacitating injuries and was transported to Henry County Hospital by McClure Rescue. Damage to both vehicles was disabling. Kee was cited for a marked lanes violation.

Jordan T.C. Helper, 31, of Weston was westbound on U.S. Route 6 near State Route 109 in Harrison Township at 7:46 a.m. Thursday when his vehicle struck a deer that ran onto the roadway. Helper was not injured, and damage to his vehicle was minor.

A car-deer accident was reported on Rte. 24 near mile marker 36 at 1:35 a.m. Friday. A report was pending as of press time.

A private property accident was reported on State Route 108 near County Road N in Napoleon Township at 2:05 p.m. Friday. It was determined a report was not needed.
