WAUSEON — A McClure individual was recently sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.

Lukas Rufenacht, 22, previously pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. It was reported by the Fulton County prosecuting attorney’s office he possessed amphetamine.

Rufenacht was sentenced to two years of community control. He was further ordered to successfully complete the SEARCH program and all recommended aftercare, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, and abide by an 11 p.m.-5 a.m. curfew.

Failure to comply could result in Rufenacht serving 11 months in prison.
