WAUSEON — The office of the Fulton County prosecuting attorney’s office reported a Napoleon man was recently indicted by a Fulton County grand jury.

Kaleb A. Herold, 20, was indicted on one count of failure to appear on a personal recognizance bond. It was reported, on or about Dec. 29, he allegedly failed to appear for his pre-trial conference in Fulton County Common Pleas Court as required by the terms of his personal recognizance bond.
