•Domestic matter and child endangerment, Scott Street, 3:40 and 4:11 a.m. Wednesday, charges pending.
Henry County Sheriff’s Office
Jane A. Baden, 58, of Malinta was northbound on State Route 109 near County Road N in Harrison Township at 6:44 a.m. Tuesday when it was reported her vehicle struck a deer that ran onto the roadway. Baden was not injured, and damage to her vehicle was functional.
Peter S. Worthy, 60, of Deshler was southbound on Township Road 3 in Richfield Township at 6:57 a.m. Tuesday and turned left onto County Road L. It was reported his vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and into a ditch. Worthy was not injured, and damage to his vehicle was minor. Worthy was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control.
Stephanie M. Klinger, 38, of Defiance was eastbound on U.S. Route 24 near mile marker 47 in Liberty Township at 10:37 a.m. Monday when it was reported her vehicle struck a deer that ran onto the roadway. Klinger was not injured, and damage to her vehicle was functional.

•Vehicle in ditch, County Road 18 near County Road J, 7:48 a.m. Wednesday, vehicle towed.
•Suspicious vehicle, County Road 7 near County Road M, 8:42 a.m. Wednesday, vehicle found to be out of gasoline.
•Passing a stopped school bus, County Road 17 near County Road B, 9:51 a.m. Wednesday, nothing further reported.
