Napoleon Police Department
A private property accident was reported at Napoleon Party Mart at 3:26 p.m. Tuesday. Nothing further was reported.
•Joshua Kristek, 33, of Napoleon, with disorderly conduct, Indiana Avenue near Woodlawn Avenue, 1:23 p.m. Wednesday.
•Lyndsey Shevlin, 26, of Holgate, warrant for contempt of court, directly at the police department, 5:32 p.m. Tuesday, OR bond posted.

•Suspicious vehicle, Haley Avenue near West Riverview Avenue, 10:43 p.m. Tuesday, gone upon officer arrival.
•Dog running loose, Freedom Drive, 12:37 a.m. Wednesday, unable to locate.
•Driving complaint, Patricia Avenue, 8:05 a.m. Wednesday, driver advised of complaint.
•Protection order violation, Stevenson Street, 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, investigation pending.
Henry County Sheriff’s Office
Diane C. Sonnenberg, 76, of Hamler was westbound on Belton Street in Hamler at 4:58 p.m. Sept. 11 when it was reported she sideswiped a parked vehicle. Sonnenberg was not injured, and damage to both vehicles was minor.
Allison M. Long, 16, of Napoleon was northbound on County Road 10 in Monroe Township at 6:28 p.m. Tuesday. It was reported Long failed to stop for a posted stop sign at County Road L and struck the driver’s side of a vehicle operated by Joshua E. Sharp, 20, of Malinta. Both vehicles traveled off the roadway and into a field on the northwest corner of the intersection. Long and a passenger in Sharp’s vehicle, Jeffrey E. Sharp, 50, of Malinta, had non-incapacitating injuries and were transported to Henry County Hospital by personnel from Monroe Township Rescue and Medic 1. Sharp had incapacitating injuries and was transported to St. Vincent’s Mercy Medical Center by air ambulance. Damage to both vehicles was disabling. Long was cited for failure to yield at a through highway.
