Napoleon Police Department
Phillip Cobb, 45, of Napoleon was southbound, exiting the driveway near Hills Restaurant and waiting on traffic on Lagrange Street at 5:17 p.m. Oct. 6. Cobb observed a juvenile on bicycle slowing and Cobb began entering LaGrange Street while the bicyclist proceeded across the driveway. The bicycle and vehicle struck each other, causing the juvenile to be knocked off the bicycle. No injuries were reported. The vehicle sustained minor damage.

Henry County Sheriff’s Office
Claudio Salas, 26, of Liberty Center was traveling into the parking lot of Circle K in Liberty Center at 4:09 p.m. Thursday when he advised his brakes stopped working and his vehicle traveled through a wooden fence. No injuries were reported. The vehicle wasn’t damaged. Salas was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Landin Miller, 18, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was westbound on U.S. Route 6 near State Route 109 in Damascus Township at 11:40 p.m. Thursday when he fell asleep and his vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, through a grass, struck a utility pole and then struck a wooden yard well. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was disabled. Miller was cited for failure to control.
