Oral A. Howard, 38, of Findlay was westbound on State Route 281 near County Road 14 in Flatrock Township at 7:54 a.m. Wednesday when it was reported his vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and struck a surface ditch. The vehicle struck a row of trees before coming to rest. Howard had possible injuries and was transported to Defiance Mercy Medical Center by Holgate EMS. A passenger in his vehicle had non-incapacitating injuries and was transported to Defiance Mercy Medical Center by Holgate EMS. Damage to his vehicle was disabling.
Sue A. Yee, 41, of Holgate was eastbound on County Road G near County Road 7 in Marion Township at 12:18 p.m. Wednesday when her vehicle struck a deer that ran onto the roadway. Yee was not injured and damage to her vehicle was minor.
Terri L. Sharp, 59, of Defiance was southbound on State Route 108 near County Road L2 in Flatrock Township at 6:49 p.m. Thursday when her vehicle struck a deer that ran onto the roadway. Sharp was not injured, and damage to her vehicle was minor.
•Isaiah Paniagua, 28, of Deshler, with abduction, East Holmes Street in Deshler, 12:54 p.m. Friday, transported to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
