Accident:

An accident was reported on U.S. Route 24/Scott Street at 8:08 p.m. Monday.

Charged:

•Ashley Cole, 30, homeless, with criminal trespassing, 179 E. Maumee Ave., 5:51 a.m. Tuesday, also charged with theft, 125 W. Clinton St., 6:22 a.m. Tuesday, transported to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio

•William Rader, 36, of Napoleon, for domestic violence, Monroe Street, 8:22 a.m. Tuesday, transported to CCNO.

Also reported to police department:

•Suspicious vehicle, West Main Street, 5:30 p.m. Monday, nothing further reported.

•Criminal damaging, 1031 Highland Ave., 6:02 p.m. Monday, investigation pending.

•Breaking and entering, 600 Filmore St., 8:32 a.m. Monday, officer advised claim was unfounded.

•Parking violation, 1400 block of Ohio Street, 1:24 p.m. Tuesday, warning issued for parking where signs prohibit.

Henry County Sheriff’s Office

Accident:

James L. Heuerman, 59, of Ottawa was northbound on State Route 109 near County Road M in Harrison Township at 7:12 a.m. Tuesday. It was reported his vehicle went over the fog line, off the roadway and drove into a ditch. Heuerman was not injured, and damage to his vehicle was disabling.

•A subject at 12-773 State Route 110 reported a phone scam, 5:08 p.m. Monday.

•Alarm, 332 E. Maple St., 10:33 p.m. Monday, all reported to be okay.

•Disabled vehicle, County Road 24 near State Route 34, 11:27 p.m. Monday, nothing further reported.

•Alarm, N-437 State Route 65, 3:02 a.m. Tuesday, all reported to be okay.
