Kirk J. Schimmoeller, 32, of Glandorf appeared Thursday for a full preliminary hearing on two counts of drug possession, both fourth-degree felonies.

Schimmoeller waived his right to the hearing, and the case was bound over to Henry County Common Pleas Court for further proceedings.

His bond continued as previously set at $15,000, with 10 percent allowed, and that has been posted.

Ryan S. Wesley, 33, of Defiance appeared for a full preliminary hearing on one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

He waived his right to the hearing, and the case was bound over to Henry County Common Pleas Court for further proceedings.

Wesley was released on his own recognizance under the condition he check in with the common pleas court probation department in person once a week.
