Napoleon Police Department


•Zachary Showman, 23, of Napoleon, summons to court for theft, directly at the police department, 8:51 p.m. Monday.

•Elizabeth Coppes, 30, of Napoleon, warrant out of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, South Perry Street, 11:12 p.m. Monday, according to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio online records, Coppes is being held on a matter pertaining to community control sanctions.

Also reported to the police department:

•Noise disturbance, 800 block of East Riverview Avenue, 7:23 p.m. Monday, unable to make contact.

Henry County Sheriff’s Office


Kenneth P. Miller, 58, of Grelton was traveling on County Road 7 near County Road N in Harrison Township at 9:29 p.m. Monday when it was reported his vehicle went off the roadway and struck two mailboxes. Miller was not injured, and damage to his vehicle was minor.

Also reported to the sheriff’s office:

•Suspicious activity, Township Road S near County Road 16, 6:57 p.m. Monday, all reported to be okay.

•Fireworks, State Route 109 near County Road T, 9:09 p.m. Monday, nothing further reported.
