Accident:

Holly K. Helberg, 45, of Napoleon was reportedly stationary at the stop sign at the intersection of Yeager Street and Oakwood Avenue at 12:34 p.m. Jan. 3. Natasha N. Rivera, 33, of Deshler turned left onto Yeager Street. It was reported a collision occurred, but the accident report stated officers were unable to determine if Helberg’s vehicle was moving or Rivera turned too closely. No injuries were reported, and damage to both vehicles was minor.

•Joseph France, 23, of Napoleon, summons to Napoleon Municipal Court for return and payment of income tax, Patricia Avenue, 10:33 a.m. Tuesday.

•Storm Forester, 23, of Napoleon, summons to Napoleon Municipal Court for return and payment of income tax, Yeager Street, 1:26 p.m. Tuesday.

•Roland Foss, 40, of Napoleon, summons to Napoleon Municipal Court for return and payment of income tax, Independence Drive, 4:15 a.m. Wednesday.

•Thomas Turney, 22, of Toledo, charges for menacing, directly at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, 2:48 a.m. Wednesday.

Accident:

A car-deer accident was reported on U.S. Route 24/6 at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday. A report was pending as of press time.
