•Bailey Malosh, 21, of Liberty Center, warrant, Valleybrook Lane, 12:51 p.m. Wednesday, transported to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio; CCNO online records indicate Malosh is being held on a charge of failure to appear.
•Jared Bauman, 34, of Napoleon, warrant, Valleybrook Lane, 12:51 p.m. Wednesday, transported to CCNO; CCNO online records indicate Bauman is being held on charges of aggravated menacing, theft and forgery.

Henry County Sheriff’s Office
Jensen D. Mack, 27, of Napoleon was westbound on U.S. Route 24 near mile marker 45 in Liberty Township at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday when his vehicle struck a deer that ran onto the roadway. Mack was not injured, and damage to his vehicle was functional.
