•Jared Bauman, 34, of Napoleon, warrant, Valleybrook Lane, 12:51 p.m. Wednesday, transported to CCNO; CCNO online records indicate Bauman is being held on charges of aggravated menacing, theft and forgery.

•Theft of medication, 138 Grenwich Drive, 9:50 a.m. Wednesday, nothing further reported.

•A matter of unauthorized use was reported at 59 Sunnydale Lane, 10:33 a.m. Wednesday.

•Disorderly conduct, Scott Street, 2:12 p.m. Wednesday, prosecution declined.

•A subject at 622 Beckham St. reported receiving unwanted telephone calls, 2:23 p.m. Wednesday, pending investigation.

•Theft, Walmart, 4:17 p.m. Wednesday, pending investigation.

Accident:

Jensen D. Mack, 27, of Napoleon was westbound on U.S. Route 24 near mile marker 45 in Liberty Township at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday when his vehicle struck a deer that ran onto the roadway. Mack was not injured, and damage to his vehicle was functional.

•Disabled vehicle, U.S. Route 6 near County Road 6, 9:32 p.m. Tuesday, matter handled.

•Comforter on roadway, County Road X near County Road 19, 8:22 a.m. Wednesday, item removed from roadway.

•A subject at 9-051 County Road 424 reported receiving unwanted telephone calls, 10:55 a.m. Wednesday, matter handled.

•Stop sign down, Township Road R near Township Road 16, 12:23 p.m. Wednesday.
