•Jon Copple, 25, of Taylor, Michigan, with operating a vehicle while under the influence and possession of marijuana, following a traffic stop, State Route 110 near County Road 12, 1:57 a.m. Sunday, transported to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.

Ismael Lujan, 18, of Napoleon was eastbound on County Road 424 near Township Road M2 in Napoleon Township at 4:59 p.m. Sunday when it was reported he was traveling at too great of a speed to negotiate a curve and lost control of his vehicle on the snow- and slush-covered roadway. The vehicle slid off the right side of the roadway, through a grassy area and struck several small trees. Lujan was not injured, and damage to his vehicle was functional. Lujan was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control.

Prabal K. Dey, 52, of Whitehouse was westbound on U.S. Route 24 near mile marker 50 in Washington Township at 6:43 p.m. Sunday when it was reported an unknown motorist crossed over into Dey’s lane and struck his vehicle on the passenger side. Dey was not injured, and damage to his vehicle was minor.

Tricia L. Frysinger, 48, of Napoleon was northbound on Township Road 13 near Township Road U in Freedom Township at 7:39 p.m. Sunday when it was reported she lost control of her vehicle on the slush-covered roadway. The vehicle then slid off the left side of the roadway and into a ditch. Frysinger was not injured, and damage to her vehicle was functional.

•Vehicle in ditch, Rte. 24 near County Road P, 4:53 p.m. Sunday, no damage to vehicle, pulled to roadway.

•Disabled vehicle, U.S. Route 6 near County Road 5, 6:37 a.m. Monday, vehicle towed.

•Littering, County Road E near County Road 12, 10:06 a.m. Monday, matter handled.

•A subject at 112 E. Maple St. in Liberty Center reported receiving a bad check, 12:53 p.m. Monday, matter handled.

•Alarm, 332 E. Maple St. in Liberty Center, 3:44 p.m. Monday, all reported to be okay.
