Three people appeared in Napoleon Municipal Court Thursday on the criminal docket.

Hayden J. Basinger, 20, Wauseon appeared for a preliminary hearing on a fourth-degree felony charge of theft. The matter was continued until 2 p.m. Nov. 21, and bond was continued as previously set.

Floyd W. Cole, 58, of McClure, appeared on a charge of gross sexual imposition, a felony of the third degree.

He waived his preliminary hearing, and the case was bound over to Henry County Common Pleas Court.

Bond was continued as previously set.

Kreg R. Markins, 30, of Hamler appeared on a charge of possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.

He waived his right to a preliminary hearing, and the matter was bound over to Henry County Common Pleas Court.

He was released on his own recognizance. He is required to be assessed by A Renewed Mind and when a bed becomes available for treatment he will comply with treatment prior to release.
