Items reported to the police department:

•Criminal damaging, 535 W. Riverview Ave., 12:11 p.m. Sunday, investigation pending.
•Disorderly conduct, Glenwood Park, 2:46 p.m. Sunday, one subject warned.
•Criminal mischief, 600 block of Avon Place, 12:47 a.m. Monday, matter handled.
Andrea L. Linke, 37, of Genoa was pulled off the side of U.S. Route 24 near mile marker 51 in Washington Township at 7:59 a.m. Monday and entered the right lane of westbound Rte. 24 while gaining speed and flashing signals still activated. Edin Sabic, 32, of Fort Wayne was westbound in the right lane. It was reported Sabic failed to see Linke’s vehicle and rear-ended it. No injuries were reported. Damage to Sabic’s vehicle was disabling, and damage to Linke’s vehicle was functional. Sabic was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
•Brett Armstrong, 36, of Bryan, with littering and open container, and Kurt Peterson, 32, of Pioneer, with running a stop sign, driving under suspension and a concealed-carry weapon violation, each following a traffic stop, North Scott Street, 5 p.m. Monday; Armstrong was served a warrant out of Bryan Police Department, Peterson was served a warrant out of the Williams County Sheriff’s Office; Armstrong was transported to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, Peterson posted bond.
