Judy Kistner, 70, of Napoleon, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Maumee, surrounded by her loving and caring family.

She was born Aug. 27, 1951, in Napoleon, Ohio, to the late Jake and Addie (Caudill) Carpenter. She was a 1969 graduate of Liberty Center High Schools.

Judy was a homemaker and her three children loved her dearly. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Holgate, Ohio. She enjoyed arts and crafts, crocheting blankets, playing bingo, shopping with her girls, and playing computer games. Judy was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes.

She is survived by her three children, Julie (Dan) Hunt, Michelle Kistner, Eric (Ashley) Kistner, all of Napoleon; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three brothers; and one sister.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister, and a family pet, Muffin.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16 at the Rodenberger-Gray Funeral Home, Napoleon, where visitation will be held from 12:30- 2:30 p.m. Interment will be held at a later date in Glenwood Cemetery in Napoleon.

Memorials in memory of Judy can be given to the donor’s choice.
