The Napoleon Middle School girls basketball teams hosted Gateway Thursday night and both teams walked away victorious.

The Lady Cats seventh-grade team held Gateway scoreless in the second and third quarters and won by a score of 61-11.

Napoleon had three players reach double figures in the win. Hannah Miller led the scoring attack with 20 points, while Addi Crossland tallied 17 points and Taylor Glanz added 10.

The seventh-graders are now 11-0 on the season.

The NMS eighth-grade team got off to a hot start from the tip and had a convincing 28-13 win.

In a total team effort, every player scored for the Lady Cats. Oliva Foor, Baylee Lamming, Peyton Burill and Morgan Reimund had four points apiece in the win.

The eighth-graders improved their record to 6-4.

Both teams are back in action when they travel to NLL foe Perrysburg Tuesday night.
