HAMLER — Patrick Henry scored six runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to put away North Baltimore 12-3 for a non-league baseball win Tuesday at Garrold Parrott Field.
Clayton Feehan went 3 for 4 with a triple and two RBI in the leadoff spot for the Patriots. Caleb Rosengarten and Braden Hall each had two hits and two RBI, while Logan Hudson singled and drove in two runs.
Hall earned the win, pitching five innings of relief. He allowed one unearned run on one hit and four walks.
Rosengarten got the start, allowing two unearned runs on two hits and three walks with three strikeouts.
Patrick Henry travels to Kalida Friday.
Liberty Center 6
HOLLAND, Ohio — Springfield rallied past Liberty Center for an 8-6 non-league high school baseball victory Thursday.
The Tigers scored a pair of runs in each the second, third and fourth innings to lead 6-2. However, the Blue Devils tallied three runs in the bottom of the fourth, added two in the fifth and one more run in the sixth.
Cam Krugh took the loss for Liberty Center, going 4 1/3 innings and allowing seven runs — four earned — on nine hits and three walks. He struck out seven.
Landon Amstutz led the Tigers’ offense, going 3 for 3, including a double. Jake Spieth and Ethan Tampurages each had two hits for LC.
Liberty Center hosts Lake Thursday.
SHERWOOD — Wauseon outscored Fairview 8-2 over the last two innings to come away with a 12-8 non-league baseball win on Tuesday.
Jackson Grine led Fairview (1-4) with a home run, two singles and three RBI. Ronnie Adkins had two singles and a RBI, while Nathaniel Adkins also tallied two hits.
Easton Delgado had three hits and four RBI for Wauseon (1-2), which trailed 5-0 after two innings. Jude Armstrong, Ryan Marks and Eli Delgado also had two hits apiece.
Wauseon travels to Napoleon Thursday.
