Denise Brown

Rev. Dr. Denise Brown, chaplain at Napoleon Filling Home and varsity swimming and diving coach at Napoleon High School, competed in the 18th FINA Masters World Championships in Gwangju, South Korea, recently. Brown competed in six events and medaled in each event. She swam in the 3K Open Water event, placing second. In the pool, Brown competed in the 200 backstroke (third), 200 butterfly (third), 400 freestyle (third), 800 freestyle (fourth) and 400 Individual Medley (sixth).
