NLL leadership conference

The fourth annual Northern Lakes League Sportsmanship Conference was held Thursday at the Brookwood Metropark Facility, Toledo. The event brought six student-athletes from each of the eight member schools to discuss various aspects of sportsmanship and what this means to the NLL. At the end of the conference, the group reevaluated the league’s definition of sportsmanship which is, “Sportsmanship is upholding a competitive environment where respect, compassion and integrity are expected by all athletes, coaches, officials and spectators.” The event was conducted by Leadership Toledo and its staff. The six student-athletes from Napoleon High School attending the conference were (above, from left) Levi Trausch, Harrison Bohls, Jacob Hull, Regan Badenhop, Claire Durham and Brynn Schnitkey.
