EDGERTON — Archbold built a 30-12 halftime lead en route to topping Edgerton 41-28 for a non-league boys basketball win Tuesday.

Ashton Kammeyer had 12 points, while Alex Roth had 10 points to lead the Bluestreaks (8-3).

Troy Wolfe’s 10 points led the Bulldogs (2-4).

Archbold travels to Bryan Friday for a Northwest Ohio Athletic League contest.

Pettisville 49, Edon 29

PETTISVILLE — Pettisville’s Max Leppelmeier and Joey Ripke each had 15 points as the Blackbirds downed Edon 49-29 in a Buckeye Border Conference boys basketball game Tuesday.

Leppelmeier had four assists and three steals, while Ripke hauled in seven rebounds for Pettisville (7-1, 5-0 BBC).

Pettisville hosts Evergreen Saturday.

Girls basketball

Continental 44,

Patrick Henry 28

CONTINENTAL - Patirck Henry’s McKenzie Vance scored 14 points but the Lady Patriots fell 44-28 to Continental in non-league play Tuesday.

Madison Prigge added six points, Karsyn Weber had five points and Kenzie Prigge and Trista Fintel each had two points for PH (0-11).

Patrick Henry travels to Swanton Thursday.

Wauseon 70,

Oregon Clay 19

OREGON — Wauseon’s Marisa Seiler dropped a game-high 31 points as the Lady Indians routed Oregon Clay 70-19 Tuesday in a non-league girls basketball game.

Seiler scored 10 points in the first quarter and nine in the second quarter to help Wauseon lead 42-6 at halftime. She finished with 14 field goals and three free throws.

Hayley Meyer added 17 points and Autumn Pelok had 10 points for the Lady Indians (8-3).

Wauseon hosts Liberty Center Thursday.

Ayersville 37,

Pettisville 23

DEFIANCE — Ayersville’s Ally Schindler scored a game-high 17 points as the Lady Pilots defeated Pettisville 37-23 for a non-league girls basketball win Tuesday.

Maci Froelich had eight points and Kaylee Dockery added six points for Ayersville (4-7), which led 17-9 at halftime.

Ayersville hosts Tinora Thursday for a Green Meadows Conference game.
